We are pleased to host the 'Annual Parish Meeting' for the financial year 2024/2025 on Wednesday 7th May, in the Lower Stoke Methodist Church, starting from 7.00pm.
This gathering is strictly not a parish council meeting, and we would be very pleased to receive reports from any/all of the clubs, groups and societies in the village to learn of your activities over the past year.
Owing to the essential maintenance works to the Village Hall roof, which will be taking place over this time, we would like to sincerely thank the Lower Stoke Methodist Church for allowing us to use their premises and for their hospitality.
Stoke Parish Council's Annual Parish Council meeting will take place directly AFTER this gathering, where we will be holding an open-door policy for any residents who wish to attend and listen in.
